For those shorter corporate events such as presentations, speeches, openings, breakfast events, etc.
Full day: $1850 (plus GST)
This is the base day rate for full- or multi-day conferences/events in any of the wonderful Canberra conference venues. You get my undivided attention and complete commitment all day. You work incredibly hard to bring your conference to life, and I’m there to photograph it for you.
Full day plus evening event: $2250 (plus GST)
For those days during your conference or event that include an evening event such as a gala dinner or awards ceremony.

The fees listed above include:
the coverage of your event by one photography (ie, me!) for the times and places that you specify;
Basic editing and post-production work to ensure your images look their best;
Digital delivery of the finished images as full-resolution jpeg files (or any other size/format that you need);
The provision of an online event gallery that is just for you. You can freely forward the link to the gallery to all of the participants and they will be able to view and download the images directly from the gallery (or it can be configured with a password or as view-only depending on what you need).

The time that it takes me to process and deliver your photographs can vary. Depending on the event it can be as soon as the same day, but the average is usually a couple of days. Longer multi-day conferences will of course take longer. But if you have time frames that you need to meet then let me know and I’ll always aim to get them to you in the time frame that you need.

The finished full-resolution jpeg files are delivered online using a dedicated file delivery service. When they’re ready I’ll send you a link from which you’ll be able to view and download your photographs.

Absolutely. I photograph a lot of corporate events at Parliament House and I know all of the event spaces there very well.

Yes, I am a pass holder for the Australian Parliament House. That means that I can move through Parliament House to your event area without having to wait for as escort and you don’t need to include me on your official attendee list. Being a pass holder makes it much easier to photograph your event for you.

I usually work on my own — and for most events that works fine. But there are occasions when you need somebody to be in two places at once and in those cases I engage a second freelance photographer to work with me to cover your event.

No, I don’t offer videography at all. Only still photography.

No, this is not a service that I offer. I understand that sometimes you want to get pictures online for social media or other purposes as soon as possible, and usually I can deliver a selection of key photographs within a couple of hours of the event if you let me know in advance.
